HOURS
You will work a minimum of 37.5 hour per week each week between 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday with unpaid breaks throughout the day totalling more than 30 minutes.

Our business address is Office 18, The Colin Sanders Innovation Centre, Mewburn Road, Banbury, OX16 9PA. However, you will be expected to work in various residential care settings and service user homes
within the locality.

£12.82 per hour/£25,000.00 per annum

We are recruiting care workers who will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes across communities in Oxfordshire.
What to Expect
You will be expected to provide high standards of care as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that each service user receives safe, effective, and person-centred support at every visit. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including supporting new service users as they settle into care arrangements, contributing to the development and review of care plans, and working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and improve care standards.
Domiciliary care involves delivering a wide range of support services and requires flexibility, adaptability, and a patient, compassionate approach. You must treat each service user with dignity and respect, promoting independence wherever possible. Duties may include prompting, assisting with, or administering care tasks in line with training and competence, excluding tasks that are reserved for qualified nursing professionals.
